Sehr schöne Anlage, Einrichtung neu, modern and hochwertig. Zimmer größer als erwartet, Poolbereich auf dem Dach sehr entspannt. Das Personal its zuvorkommend. Essen is ganz in Ordnung. Verglichen 'mit anderen Hotels in Playa ist es hier ruhiger.

Man hörte die Musik gut von der Strasse, was aber nie bis früh morgens hörbar war.

Wir haben im Hotel Cacao insgesamt 10 Nächte verbracht. Bei unserer Buchung haben wir uns von den äußerst positiven Bewertungen hier bei Booking.com leiten lassen und wurden dennoch schwer enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist zwar brandneu und erst vor wenigen Monaten eröffnet worden, jedoch erfüllt es absolut nicht die Anforderungen die man an ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse stellen kann. Die Architektur des Hotels ist besonders schön gestaltet. Aber auch wenn die Zimmer äußerst schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet sind, ist hier an eine Erholung kaum zu denken. Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Schlaf war leider absolut nicht möglich. Die Zimmer sind äußerst schlecht gegen Lärm bzw. Geräusche isoliert. Im Zimmer ist jedes einzelne Wort der anderen Hotelgäste die sich auf den Fluren des Hotels unterhalten deutlich hörbar, besonders störend ist dies wenn andere Hotelgäste nachts zurück kommen und sich in einer normalen Lautstärke unterhalten. Zudem liegt im Hotel eine Bar in welcher bis spät in die Nacht regelmäßig Live Musik gespielt wird. An Schlaf war daher bis zur Schließung der Bar zwischen 2 und 3 Uhr kaum zu denken. Darüber hinaus sind die Fenster des Hotels sehr schlecht isoliert und vorbeifahrende Fahrzeuge sind ständig zu hören. Meine Frau, welche eigentlich einen sehr tiefen Schlaf hat und überhaupt nicht Lärmempfindlich ist, konnte selbst mit Ohrstöpseln kaum schlafen. Das im Preis beinhaltete Frühstück ist gemessen am Übernachtungspreis wirklich lachhaft. Das Frühstück beinhaltet 2 Schreiben Toast mit etwas Marmelade, Kaffee, einen Orangensaft und einen kleinen Fruchtteller mit Joghurt und Müsli. Sowohl die Marmelade als auch der Joghurt sind sehr gering portioniert und sind absolut nicht ausreichend. Der zumFrühstück gereichte Joghurt entspricht gerade einmal 2 Teelöffeln. Als wir etwas nachbestellen wollten, wurde uns vom Personal gesagt, dass eine Nachbestellung Kostenpflichtig sei, unfassbar !

Прекрасный отель, отличный персонал, решали любые вопросы! Очень вкусная еда (обслуживание по меню). Хорошее расположение - близко до пляжа и прямо на центральной улице. Большой номер, качественная уборка.

Стильный просторный номер, удобная кровать, уборка два раза в день, рядом с морем и 5 авеню (кафешки, магазины).

Идёт стройка на 1 этаже и на 4-м (где расположен бар и бассейн). Долбят и сверлят весь день. Нет своей территории. Для отправления на экскурсии надо идти в другой отель - этот не знают экскурсоводы.

The food was very good, the room was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Was pretty noisy at night ,not only from the street but on the weekend music from up on the roof terrace.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was very good and the menus did vary somewhat nightly. Roof bar and pool area was nice and had a great ocean view...if you like sushi, this may be the place...

Breakfast array was a little disappointing. Fruit selection and quantity was skimpy. Some of our orders, particularly, bacon were only partly delivered. No lunch was served in the restaurant but only at the rooftop Tapas and Sushi bar. Lunch portions were pretty small...located right on Calle Quinta Avenida, it was a little noisy at all hours...Although beach was close by, it cost an additional $25/person to use another resort’s beach facilities...

Great room service, fantastic rooftop pool, attentive staff, spotlessly clean room, great bathroom.

Some of the ‘fine dining’ food options were odd (the risotto was more like creamed rice pudding) but there were plenty of other good food options.

What’s there to say. This hotel was above and beyond our expectations right from the start. The rooms are great! The staff very friendly and helpful and the food incredible. Loved every moment of our stay and are sad to leave

Great pool on the rooftop and the room was very nice and clean.

Very poor breakfast and dinner and we had an all inclusive deal- so almost didn't use it after first morning when we realized the food was bad.

The bed was so comfy! Staff are friendly and glad they spoke some English. :)

I went for breakfast once during my stay and a few more staff would be helpful, as I had to wait to get some sauce to go with my food and in the meantime my food was going cold.

The fact that someone have used my rental car during my stay there! (I have given it to the valet upon arrival and not touched it for 4 days)

Top service, brilliant food, friendly staff, delicious foods. Oscar the receptionist and Veronica the bartender were amazing and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay at.

No hot water, non sourcing phone lines, photos mis leading as it’s not on the beach but yet blocks of walking to get to it

We were luckily upgraded to a junior suite, great location, Pool staff were lovely, great facilities, spacious rooms

El spa casi no tiene promociones, como en otros hoteles de la cadena, donde te dan certificados de descuento por cada día de alojamiento. Los club de playa son demasiado ruidosos para adultos que buscan solo descanso.

Todo estuvo excelente, pero lo que mas valoramos es el servicio que se nos dio. LA AMABILIDAD Y ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL TANTO DE RECEPCIÓN, COMO DEL BAR ASÍ COMO DEL ROOM SERVICE ES NOTABLE

Habitaciones y rooftop muy buenos.

De los pocos hoteles que no permiten mantener la manilla posterior a la hora de checkout, deberían permitirlo sin inconvenientes y adicional tener un sitio para poder bañarse también posterior al checkout, nos permitían usar el del spa siempre y cuando no hubiera servicio en ese momento. Hay momentos de olor a basura en la mañana en los pasillos del hotel.
